Description
Hi everyone,I'm helping as a graphic designer at work (I work in a callcentre) and proposed to make a caricature for the monthly newsletter and design it.
The caricatures are for every months emplyee interview and the first interview was with Paula, the head of the callcentre.
Well, I still got my job
Everybody seemed to like it, including Paula
Firstmade a quick realistic drawing when Paula was posing for me, then made a drawing in pencil, scanned and coloured in Photoshop.
See the extra links for a photo of Paula and the process with linedrawing and the flatshaded version. The flatshaded version was the version chosen for the newsletter.
Enjoy!
Jawine ^_^

maybe the hair could be a bit more fluffy or strands moving in different directions ... just a bit more dynamic

I'd try to add a background. Nothing too detailed, you don't want it to get more attention then the subject, but maybe some minimalist version of your workplace... something that would help to understand who she is and what she does for a living.

Work more on cast shadows, and more change of hues.
